General Rules

Costumes must be appropriate for a public mall setting
No real weapons (props must be safe and approved)
No offensive or culturally disrespectful content
Follow staff instructions at all times
Respect all guests, vendors, and participants
No running or unsafe behavior
Keep walkways clear
Dispose of trash properly
Follow mall policies

Cosplay Information

Casual Cosplayers

All casual cosplayers must sign in at the registration booth.

What You Get:

A cosplay number
Access to giveaways
Eligibility to participate in side quest games
Chance to earn prizes
Entry into Best Casual Cosplay (See "Avatar Arena" for more info)

IMPORTANT: No sign-in = no eligibility for prizes or giveaways

Registered Cosplayers

All serious cosplayers must register and submit an application form as well as a registration fee of $35.00 to participate in all the cosplay contest categories (see "Avatar Arena" for more info). If you are participating in different categories, you must have a separate audio/video file at hand. See requirements below for each category:

Best Competitive Cosplay

Safety screen required on the day of and before the start of the event
Pre-judging may be required (for performances to assure it is appropriate to present)
Need a 30-second audio introduction for the walk
Need a 30-second to 1-minute audio/video file for the performance portion

Best Performance Cosplay

Safety screen required on the day of and before the start of the event
Pre-judging may be required (for performances to assure it is appropriate to present)
Need a 30-second to 1-minute audio/video file for the performance portion

Best Cultural Cosplay Fusion

Safety screen required on the day of and before the start of the event
Pre-judging may be required (for performances to assure it is appropriate to present)

Best Group Cosplay

Teams of 2 or more

Gaming Information

Casual Gamers

All casual gamers must sign in at the registration booth located in the former "Game Stop" mall space for every "free play" session.

Tourney Gamers

All tournament gamers must sign in and register with their respective gaming categories. Registration will be held based on the group hosts (whether at their website or a late registration on the day of). The groups that will be participating are the following;

Fighting Game Console Tournaments hosted by Latte eSports League
Mobile Legends Bang Bang Tournament hosted by Marianas eSports League
Call of Duty Mobile Tournament hosted by Nexus Marianas Gaming eSports Federation
FPS PC Shooting Tournament hosted by Radical PC
Racing Rig Time Trial hosted by Alter Ego and Pantheon

Gaming Rules:

Since each host has a set of rules for tourney gamers, it is important to visit their website or social media for further updates and information. However, we do have general rules for gaming:

Follow tournament guidelines
No cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct
Respect the equipment and staff
If you damage equipment, you are liable to pay for it

Vendor Information

This year, we will use a voucher system for all purchases.

How It Works:

Browse vendor booths
Receive item slip from vendor
Pay at the official Voucher Booth
Return to the vendor and show the receipt to claim the item
